1. Acceptance of Terms

By making a booking with Meow-suki! Cat Hotel, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before completing your reservation.

2. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed upon receipt of your submission.
  • A booking confirmation will be sent to your registered email address.
  • Please ensure all details (dates, cat names, contact info) are accurate before submitting.
  • Meow-suki! reserves the right to reject any booking at our discretion.

3. Drop-off & Pick-up

  • Drop-off and pick-up hours are 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM daily.
  • We are closed on Tuesdays. No drop-offs or pick-ups on Tuesdays.
  • Late pick-up beyond agreed time may incur additional charges.
  • Owners must be present during drop-off for health assessment.

4. Health & Safety Requirements

  • We do not accept cats showing symptoms of flu, illness, or any contagious condition.
  • All cats must be healthy, active, and free from contagious diseases at check-in.
  • Management reserves the right to refuse admission if a cat appears unwell.
  • Owners are strongly encouraged to ensure vaccinations are up to date.
  • In the event of a medical emergency, we will attempt to contact the owner immediately. If unreachable, we reserve the right to seek veterinary care at the owner's expense.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • A cancellation fee of RM10 per night applies for any cancellation.
  • Please notify us as early as possible if you need to cancel.
  • No-shows or failure to collect your cat on the agreed date will be treated as extended stays and charged accordingly.

6. Owner Responsibilities

  • Owners must provide accurate information about their cat's dietary needs, medical conditions, and behaviour.
  • Please bring sufficient food if your cat requires a specific brand or diet.
  • Owners are responsible for any damage caused by their cat to our facilities.
  • Meow-suki! is not liable for pre-existing medical conditions that worsen during the stay.

7. Abandoned Cats

If an owner fails to collect their cat within 7 days after the agreed pick-up date without communication, Meow-suki! reserves the right to rehome the cat or hand it to the relevant animal welfare authority. This is why we require your IC number for accountability and your cat's safety.

8. Add-on Services

  • Grooming: Basic grooming session as described. Results may vary by cat temperament.
  • Special Wet Food: Premium wet food served in addition to standard meals.
  • Extra Care: Additional individual playtime and attention sessions.
  • Add-on services are non-refundable once rendered.

9. Limitation of Liability

Meow-suki! takes every reasonable precaution to ensure the safety and wellbeing of your cat. However, we cannot be held liable for illness, injury, or death resulting from pre-existing conditions, natural causes, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
